yeap, this weekend Sat, 2pm - 10pm. Should be good I hope. There's certainly a big variety of scopes that'll be there at night!! (I've seen the list).

Great to meet a couple of you yesterday at Astrofest. Always nice to put faces to names. Had a great time there with my 9 y/o daughter, who was especially impressed with the talk that Prof. Fred Watson gave.

It was good to meet so many IIS people yesterday. I fully admit that I will probably not recognise half of you next time I see you ... I'm just not good with recognising faces ... and I talked to probably 2000 people yesterday But it was a great day, and great to meet you all

I thought the talk was good. Looked like there was too many people on the field for the scopes at night - long queue's, I hope visitors got to see some stuff

Dont feel to bad, Kerryhn didnt remember me either and she has seen me Three times before

I may be going to Tammin on the 14th or 15th of December as I have no school and my dad is not at work.
Anyone interested?

you w.a boys should try and catch up with astro ron while he's over there a knowledgeable night will be on the cards if you can get hold of him

What day is he going to be here?

Anyone outside around 10pm tonight see a bright orange light in the SE towards horizon which hovered for a while then disappeared suddenly ???

I went out at 2pm last night and I never realsied how dark the skie is when everyone goes to bed
My Mum will kill me and the neighbours will assemble a lynch mob if they here the garage door open at 2am to get my telescope out gotta keep it open tonight

I didnt notice an orange light when I was out
