Tony, do you realise the information pack mailout has the wrong dates listed, mine says the last 2 days are 21'st and 22nd August, not the 14th and 15th.

Well spotted Phil... Bugger.

The dates are all correct in the booklet and the website, but we overlooked the slip confirming your registration. As Phil points out the last weekend is Saturday the 14th, be guided by your booklet.

It was quite a "funny" scene here, with HRH & myself thinking we were getting to Brisvegas a week too early and having a caravan booked for the wrong week!!! I had the phone in hand, about to ring the caravan hire place yet again....

In the end, calm prevailed....

Good to see that Mozzie has his expensive "Athletic Track" thongs on!!! Gear of CHAMPIONS!

we know its getting close when Dave says he's getting ready to pack. That would be something to see. Dave trying to decide what to bring and what not to bring.

Ha... Would you believe it? PayPal has finally decided that we are not laundering money for a Nigerian scam.

Some news:

PayPal is now working if you haven't paid yet.

There were too many problems doing port this year so we have dropped it. Instead we are doing mugs. For a look at the mugs you can see a short movie on YouTube,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H4TPuZQ61X0. Mugs will be $12 each, payable at camp. We are getting over 100 mugs, but we don't know how they will sell so it might pay to stake a claim officially to the registrar so that you won't miss out... registrar(at)qldastrofest(dot)org(d ot)au

Mike Unsold of Image Plus has donated a copy of Image Plus 3.82 x32/x64 image processing and 4.0 camera control. Thanks Mike.

Cheers
Tony
