I thought dogs were not allowed? That has been keeping me away for some years now. Please explain?

Check out the panorama

Thanks to all for a great weekend - Sorry I had to make a dash for the airport whilst you were at breakfast and didn't get to say a proper bye bye. Oh, and polish that trophy for me

I had a great time, met lots of people, eaten things that needed a better description and imaged things with my superior imaging setup and caught some ruddy flu/cold woggy thing as i left, now suffering

the drive up was pretty good but the drive home was better less traffic. was sad leaving though. No photon was wasted in bring these images to you - a spattering of the people and things over the field during the event.

the committee did a great job, the imaging field is just that - the imaging field, the observing field , well, observing so never they never should mix

over all i gathered 2 terrabytes of solar data, and a few 50mm shots

Thought I'd share some of my visual highlights of the 'fest:

- viewing the Veil through John's 14.5" SDM with OIII filter
- bagging 13th mag NGC 131 in my 8" Newt
- cruising the Milky Way with my SV66ED & Baader Hyperion 36mm (FOV 6.5 degrees)
