Welcome and Ohhhh... I have so much to learn!!! (and a photo)

(1) First Post..... Need to read more of the posts....
(2) I think we are coming to ISSAC2013!!!
(3) Have no telescope, love the sky, getting my 6yr old daughter interested.
(4) Taking astro photos, wide field, she even comes out sometimes at 4 am....
(5) Have enough interest to drive 12 hours with the family to attend ISSAC2013 see some things and take some photos - Excited and can't wait!! - Haven't booked yet (trying to get more of the family involved!!)
(6) My first real example of a wide field shot. - Needs refinement.
any thoughts? Taken 12/02/2013 3:00am to 4:14-19am - the streak is the ISS.

Welcome.
You might also be interested in coming along to QLD Astrofest in August.
It's another family friendly camp that has great facilities for the kids.
There website is going through a rebuild atm, but they should notify the forum here when it's up and running again.
