Sunrise in Melbourne

What are the best locations to see sunrise in and around Melbourne.

perhaps across the water, on the wets side of the bay..or if you want an unobstructed view you coudl head to the dandenongs...sunset usually last longer -an advertising guy i knew said you never shoot sunrise, only set as it lasts longer apparently
