TV Visual Paracorr for DSLR use?

Hi All,
I have a TV visual paracorr and was wondering if anyone here had successfully used a DSLR with one. I wanted to use it on a Canon 450D.

I have my own lathe and was considering turning up an adapter that would screw into the EOS T ring and slip into the 2" top of the paracorr, just as an eyepiece barrel would.

I notice on the Bintel site that optically the visual and photo paracorr's are identical and that the back focus for a CCD or eyepiece is 55 + 4mm.

Any advice on this would be appreciated.

Regards
Trevor

Hi All,
Just contacted Don at Bintel on this issue, very helpful as usual. The visual paracorr can be used with a DSLR by fitting a 2" T threaded barrel to the EOS T ring.

Should have tried Don first.

Trevor
