First Photos

If you have time to follow this link you can see two photos of the moon I took recently. I just pointed the camera into the eyepiece and clicked (after my wife had reduced the brightnes setting - she tells me she "underexposed it"). It was taken with my 8" DOB.

The photos are in about the third group of photos down the page and are of the moon, just before and just after sunset.

First Photos

I was quite happy with the result.

awesome shots.. how's about the setting though.. i'm soooo jealous..
