Newbie stuff

Just got a telescope, a cheap 6" newtonian with 10, 15 and 25mm eyepiecesand the 2x barlow. Just have to work out how to mount it all on the motorbike so I can escape the light.
One question. How do you get the forums the right way around? I have to scroll to the bottom of each page, read the start of the thread then scroll up to the next reply and scroll down again. There must be a better way so what did I miss?
Also thanks for all the info on this site, a lot of help already.

Hi Tony,

I had this problem when I started out here aswell.

Go to your User CP. Then go to Edit options. Then scroll down to Thread Display Mode and select Linear - Oldest First.

Hope this helps
Matt

I almost forgot, Welcome to IIS!

welcome Tony.... be careful... don't "scope and drive".

we have lost lots of fine astronomy to injury because they were distracted by the scope and not concentrating on what they should be doing......ie steering the motorbike, doing the dishes, mowing the lawn....
