Since January I've been refurbishing my old 16" Dall-Kirkham and last Sunday I got to a stage where I was able to do some lunar imaging.
This is a 400 frame stack out of 1100, captured with a ZWO ASI290MM and red filter.
Good image of the Rumker Hills area - it looks like a volcanic mound with lots of bumps and a few depressions. Well recorded Stefan. Hope to see more with the DK scope.
Excellent image! Some intriguing detail in the hills and surrounds that are often missing in other images of this area. Looking forward to more from your newly refurbished scope!!
