If it’s saved as a jpeg just use “Paint” to centre it by cropping and resizing or if you have Windows 10 , the Photo viewer has similar tools to Paint which can re centre , crop , resize etc....
Other folk may suggest a better solution

It may be fine as it is. It is a typical amateur composition thing, to think objects need to be centred. The best compositions are often not centred.
This applies to astrophotography too. How many times do we see people obsessing about perfect object centering.

Yea Glen I do know of that procedure, but that can prove a bit tricky if one has no idea where that Lightning strike is going to land on the Frame.

BTW, I am using DPP for my post-processing (after stacking in DSS).
