Not showing star color when using filter?

Hi all,

I am using Astronomik CLS filter for my 600d unmod. When I processing the pics it wont show different color of the stars such as yellow, blue..etc
However when I do nightscape with normal lens it shows different color. Do you think the CLS filter filter out the color of the stars?

Btw mine is skywatcher 150 f/5

Thanks

CLS cuts out a lot of blue. Remember though that long exposures can burn out stars too and make them all look white.

Thanks for your reply first.. will try to find some pics later as reply in hurry

What I mean no color is all stars are white in color, even tho some stars (when I look at other member's pics) should have like blue, purple, yellow, orange ...etc color.
