IIS clock messed up?

I made a post today at around 5:30pm but it shows as 6:00am. Other posts seem to be similarly affected.

I seem to be having a similar problem. The last time I was logged in it said I had been on last at 12:23AM today, when in fact I had logged off an hour earlier. Then I logged on a few minutes ago and it is saying that I was on last at 4:18 AM, when I was actually on only 5 minutes ago. (The time it says that this was posted on is also wrong).
