Messier 20 from the South Island.

Hello all, the IOTW Trifid made me go out there and try and get some more data. Ridiculous really when the clouds are all over the shop. Anyway this is Mr Trifid (again) shot with a Canon DSLR 60Da, at 1600 iso, five minute subs x 3 hrs and 45 mins. 120mm refractor and CGEM mount on home made pier.

One of the first images I have seen with the 60Da. Looks good.

The Canon produces excellent results.
