Autostakkert help needed

Having trouble getting output file/s with Autostakkert 2.1.0.5
Must be doing something wrong somewhere but I can't see it. It
creates the output directory ok but there is nothing in it and also
there's a last step called MAP Recombination that's not happening for
some reason. Can someone please point this dummy in the right direction?
Cheers
Stephen

Solved It! Needed a cold boot to get everything right.
Cheers
Stephen

It's still a bit weird that it hanged of course, if it happens more often, please do let me know (perhaps it's possible to send me the recording, so I can try and debug it myself).

I'm always looking to improve on AS!2, so if anyone finds bugs, just let me know!

Some tips for you on these recordings:
-Crop a bit more around Mars, simply set the height and width to something smaller and processing should go a bit faster. There is nothing to stack in the black-space around Mars anyways.
- Use multiple APs, just place overlapping APs with a size of about 2/3 the size of Mars. About 5 of them should be fine.
- Try to use the Edge quality estimator on Mars, it often works quite well for small targets (I pretty much always get better results using edge quality estimator on Mars).

.. hmm, now that I thought about it, it might be that AS!2 didn't like the prefix you used (with slashes in the name, I never really tested that.. that might very well have caused the lockup)
