M8 again

Hi all,

Setting in the west, I just couldn't help with another go at the lagoon with the 106 and qhy9 combo.

LRGB 60 303030 in 5 min subs.

A nice translucent Lagoon.

I know what you mean. That bevy of imaging targets around this area is in its last days for imaging and you want to get as many of them before you have to wait til next May/June.

Greg.

Thanks Greg and Martin.

Objects just look so different with the FSQ. I'm really excited about getting it to some really dark skies.

Beautiful shot Darren! Especially considering that it's pretty low at this time of year. You would have to be happy with the FSQ. Great depth and colours.

Nice image, Darren! With that FOV you can include the area around IC4685 too if you're willing to push M8 into the corner of the frame.

Cheers,
Rick.
