This chap (chappette?) came to visit us today. The kids and Anne-Louise found him in the backyard... the second one in as many days. It is Litoria caerulea and common over half of Australia... they are found north of a line from about Broome in WA to Sydney.
Thanks Troy and Humayun, even with the bad pun . There was another species of frog about the place and one day I will get an image of it... we have a few bufos around but not for long if I have a shovel .
