need more flexible search algorithm

Searching these forums for "dew" yields:

The search term you specified (dew) is under the minimum word length (4) and therefore will not be found. Please make this term longer.

Searching for "dew AND eyepiece" does not help either. Not to mention "dew AND (EP OR eyepiece)".

A more flexible search algorithm is clearly needed here.

I've set the minimum number of characters to 3. Don't forget you can also use wildcards..

I just searched for "dew*" and it returned 8 threads.

I'm not sure when it updates its search index, but it should be able to find what you want now.
