It's taken through the ED80 so it's not anything flash. Just another notch on the tripod so to speak.
54 minutes of exposure, 3 minute subs
Canon 20d @ ISO 800
DSS, CS3 and Image Analyzer.

I didn't realize that my stars were so elongated.
Ran the image through Star Rounder.

Cool shot - nice colors and details. Gotta disagree though. The ED80 can produce gorgeous pictures. Go the ED80!

Not a bad image JJ , you can even glimps ic1293, it will be interesting if you get a better image of it in the RC.
