Losmandy Titan help please

I have titan on order (probably August or a bit later) and am re-emgineering my Obs and the pier it will sit on. I really need some basic measurements though and would be grateful to any Titan owner out there who could run a tape measure across it.
I have a great pier that I will need to lower but the question is "how much" and this will depend on the working height of a Titan in the polar position. So first and foremost, I'd appreciate the height from the mount base (as it would be sitting on a pier adjustment plate) to the middle of the saddle. Second, the distance from the mid-point of the saddle to the RA axis and finally, from the RA axis to the end of the counterweight bar at full extension.
Thanks in anticipation folks.
Peter.

Hi Peter, here are your measurements.

1.= 520mm
2.= 205mm
3.= 550mm

1. is to the bottom of my base plate that the Titan sits in. My base plate is 25mm thick steel, which is held above the pier with 4 x 25mm threaded rods.

All the best.
