Thumbs up Bintel service

When i ordered my scope and bits from Bintel about a month ago, they didn't have the diagonal that i wanted in stock, so Don said he would give me one to use in the meantime until the new stock arrived, and that i could keep it when the new one was sent out

I got the new one sent out yesterday, and was wrapped in the quality of the packaging, and suprised at the better quality of this diagonal.

To say i am a happy camper, well you know the feeling

Well guys I ordered a orion express 80 yesterday at 10am, I have it this morning at 11am, I am stoked it is simply a beautiful looking little scope, sleek black design with silver trimmings, shinny glossy black paint, smooth focusser , in a nice neat little travel case, just larger than a laptop bag. Bintel certainly made me happy.

Oh and don't blame me for the weather just because I have a brand spanking new scope. Now when for first light!!

Great to hear Trevor, especially after your previous experience with the other retailer.

It's worth paying that little bit extra for good service and good advice, and Bintel have been very generous with their sponsorship of the IceInSpace competitions and star parties, so they get a from me.

It's great to have a good retailer that integrates with their community, or in our case, this community.

Ditto on the quality of service/support from Bintel...they have answered patiently all kinds of my dumb questions...While many people say that there is no such thing as a dumb question, I beg to differ there is such a thing...and generally I am the one to ask them. Regardless, the people at Bintel have been nhelpful to me and I recommend them highly...

there is a big down side to them though guys is that I am glad they are not in the state of tasmania!!!

I fear that the minute i step in the door of melbourne or sydney, the papers for a divorce will be filed immediately!!!!

How could you not walk out with something new everytime you visited their shops?????
