Is there a copyright symbol in Photoshop elements text?

I am looking for the little "C" in the circle that represents copyright.

How does one put it in text on a photograph?

Baz.

Never mind. Found it. On a laptop, with the text tool selected on Photoshop elements, press and hold Fn + Alt, then press mjo9. and you get this ©. It even works here on the forum...

Barry,

The way I do it is Alt+0169.

The other way to do it is go to Start > Run > "charmap" (without the quotes). Find the character you'd like, double-click it and then hit "Copy". Then, go to wherever you wish to paste it, and right-click, paste.

et voila!

Cool mate. The num pad on a laptop is not the numbers along the top of the qwerty keyboard. It is represented by the numbers on the letter keys.
789=789
uio=456
jkl=123
m=0

so 0169 is correct, but for a laptop I have to use the letters that represent the numbers while holding Fn + Alt.

The other way just using Alt+0169 doesn't work on the forum, in photoshop, in notes or word.

Must be different depending on the PC and version of windows huh?

Barry,

No, that makes perfect sense. I forgot that you were on a notebook and using the Fn key, as well. All good!
