Lake Hayes panorama

Lake Hayes near Queenstown, NZ. We were on the way to the airport from Arrowtown, having just been on the Shotover Jetboat - way cool. Thought I'd try this handheld panorama since I left my tripod at home - don't ask how peeved I was. 9 shots stitched. Full size is about 5000px wide.

Edit: much larger size 5000px wide here. Warning 2.5MB.

Gee, that's nice. You don't know where the water ends and the sky stars. Cool spot.

Words out of my mouth just then:

"oooohh, dear Sir!" That is a NICE shot. Wait till H sees this ;-) That demands a link to a full size shot Troy.

Thanks guys. My landscapes don't come anywhere close to Humayun's, but it is hard to take a bad landscape shot over there. Hmm, seems a bit saturated (over?) now I look at it again. Just posted full size one, Dave.

Thanks for the full size shot - wow, even better larger! I did notice a dust bunny though (right above the snowcapped mountain near the middle of the image). I can't wait to go to NZ one day, prolly next year (2nd half), all things going well. Must remember this location.
