Thumbs up I'm back online at last!

I've missed this place so much!!
Got our new computer todayat last!!!
My lovely son and his computer geek friend got together a fantastic package for a really good price and I can now run stellarium for the first time. The old pc just couldn't handle it.

The past four weeks have been a bit of a shocker. My dad's one remaining kidney failed and after three weeks in the Alfred is now on dialysis three times a week. While this was going on, mums knee swelled up and she could hardly walk, my 20 yr old nephew came perilously close to losing his colon because of a drastic attack of ulcerative colitis, another nephew was involved in a car accident and luckily came out of it with only bruises and to top it all off my hubby wrote off our van by blacking out at the wheel.

I was feeling that we'd reached some vortex in the universe and were going down the plug, but after reflecting on it all, realised that the outcomes of all these events could have been a lot worse than they turned out and so I'm counting my blessings instead.
And my new pc is awesome.

Hope everyone is well and happy.

Molly.

Hi Molly,

Good to hear ya' back. Have you been venturing too close to the event horizon of a black hole or something? That is just way too much stress for a person to have to tolerate in such a short time.

Here's hoping that that is the end of it for a while. Welcome back.

Cheers Marty

Thanks Marty for the good wishes, I certainly intend making sure the next few weeks are as relaxed as is humanly possible.
