June Photo Challenge - Entries (Post them here)
Post your June entries here.
The topic this month is: Curves
As usual, one entry per person and the image must be your own work.
Normal forum image size applies.
The image doesn't necessarily have to have been taken this month but we do encourage you to go out and enjoy the challenge.
Good luck and good shooting.

Well, I'm no photographer, but I'll have a go anyway.
Just a snapshot with a cheap camera, taken from a moving car.
I zoomed and cropped, is that allowed?
Taken on the Western Highway, Vic.

I can nearly always manage to get a steam train in, whatever the challenge!
Note: normally in forums this link shows the image, don't know why it only shows the url here.
(EDIT by Photo Mod: I've uploaded it for you and sent you a PM on how to upload images to IIS.)

Whisked, but not wicked, curves...
Hello,
Well after spending a couple of hours in Brisbane looking for buildings and structures with a theme of curves, and having been moved on by the Transport Police in the railway station, not to mention risking life and limb in Brisbane’s busy CBD, once again I was driven indoors for a shot for this months challenge.
In the end, a lowly whisk from our kitchen drawer found itself my subject for the month; I had to convert it to B&W to hide the rust discolouration!
Canon 40D with EF-S 60mm F2.8 Macro lens. ISO 100, 2.5 secs at F11.
Illuminated by a 35mm slide projector with the whisk lying on top of my (illuminated) C9.25 Light Box!
Thanks for looking!
Dennis

Weathered curves
One from the archives, taken last year while on holidays. Some subtle and hidden curves if you look carefully

I heard about a young 'upstart' physicist years ago who proposed a theory that the 'space-time' continuum was actually curved.
Soooo I decided to go out to Sydney Airport last night and put his theory to the test.
