one of the most popular targets in the sky this one, good to see youve added some images together, now the fun begins , im assuming youve done this before as beginners first images arent usually this good.

Hi

I was imaging with film and web cams about 10 years ago using a custom 8" Newt and EQ5 mount - mainly planets and very little deep sky. I mostly stopped astronomy for about 7 years to concentrate on other things. Started again this past year with new equipment. A 150mm LX75, HEQ5 Pro Mount and C8 SCT, now with all the imaging accessories. Looking forward to more fun.

That explains why the tracking is so nice. Looks like some time spent on the learning some processing tricks might be next on the agenda. Good to see someone having fun - and clear skies...
