Saturn, 5th May
The seeing was quite good last night on Saturn for an hour or so, the only problem was the smoke in the air from local hazard reduction burning which affected the blue channel a lot.
It's notable how dim the rings are getting...

Beautiful image, very smooth! You even got some crepe ring, first time I think i've seen it this year!
I noticed how dark grey the rings were too, I thought it was just me!

Lovely image Anthony, great colour too.
Mike not the first time for the crepe this year. I got it on the 25th March. Still a hard part of the object to capture at present.

Lovely image indeed Bird,
Beautiful colour and structure, you also have a cloud feature in the SEBZ at approx Long 314 degrees W. I also imaged that feature last night.
This is just so smooth, so crisp, a really great effort.
