Smile Looking for Cases

Hey guys....I've been looking everywhere for a case to buy so I can stick my 8" LX90GPS scope in and I've been hitting brick walls so far as being able to purchase one in Oz. If I could get a JMI case, that'd be great, but there doesn't seem to be any dealers out here. Got any suggestions as to where I could pick a suitable case up from?? Out here, preferably. I've been to the usual suspects online in Oz....no joy at all.

Thanks for your help

Try Bunnings .... I was there a few weeks ago ..... and I spotted a selection of HD aluminium and Xtra HD Steel tool cases of various sizes and some of them are plenty big enough to store even my 10" f4.66 newt OTA , lining them with HD dense foam should be a snap.

I figured if they are tough enough to carry a stack of tools , they've got be OK for putting cameras , lenses , mounts and the like in , once appropriately lined.

Why pay hundreds of dollars for a fancy case when you don't have too.

These are what some of the bigger ones looked like .... http://www.utesafe.com.au/
