Solar Filters: 1000 Oaks/JMB/Baader
I've collected three types of solar filters, all 100mm clear.
A 1000 Oaks, which I got with the Genesis inthe early 90's, a JMB, Class A (Blue strip) and a Baader film filter.
I'll set them up with the spectro and measure the transmission, visual ( pinholes, sun colour), clarity, haze, optical accuracy ( Ronchi grating results) and temperature at focus ( IR blocking)
Should be interesting...........
