Red and purple and pink and...(M8)

Hi all,
Been going mad with the processing again on M8.
But, I take back what I said about not being able to get reds out of the Pentax!!!! (PS helped just a bit too)

30x30sec iso800, Pentax ist-D, Skywatcher ED80
Stacked in ImagesPlus, processed in PS with loadsa' PS Actions!!!

Well Doug, the guiding looks good coz the stars are nice and round. And Red seems to work in PS



Yeah, actions can take a hold of ya, can't they

Good start Doug. Probably a bit too oversaturated and clipped at the black end, but it's a great start.

Processing can take a long time to master, but you're on your way!

well thats pushing the 'ole Pentax *istDS. I agree over saturated but none the less you have a desired result and effect.

Looking good Doug, tracking seems pretty well spot on, you are surely heading in the right direction,

Doug, how do you think it would look if you grey scaled the pic, those colours really blow you away.

Doug it dose'nt look that bad, quite good in grey scale actually, anyway your work is quite good, you will be a hooked imager very soon.
