Get rid of JPG artefacts
This free plug in for PS seems to work OK.
Topaz DeJPEG
Just do a search.
Below is a before and after of an image less than 150K obviously.
It may be better with more fiddling with the parameters. This was my first test result.

Which one is which? Is the left attachment the AFTER? The right one appears to have more artifacts.

The left is the before Mike. I may have overdone it. Try it on a larger image.
