[FOR SALE] Celestron CGX Belt Drive Mount, Tripod, Accesories

I am going to have to sell my wonderful Celestron CGX mount. Originally purchased from Bintel when the CGX series was first released, it was one of the first five in Australia. It has produced some wonderful images for me over the years, mounted on a pier in my observatory. It has never been used on its tripod (which is still in its original packaging in my garage). The CGX is mounted on my pier top plate in the observatory, and attaches to CGX adaptors made for this mount. The CGX can carry an imaging load of up to 25kg, and comes with the Celestron hand controller, and has attachments for a guide scope and CGX computer software app if you wish. I have mostly used it with the hand controller. The CGX was never left in the observatory in winter, it was brought into my house dry room. While in the observatory it was protected by an insulated shroud and a small light bulb to keep condensation at bay.
It is being sold here with it two original counterweights. I have the original foam block that the head was shipped to me in, and the head can be put back into that block for handling. I do not have ashipping box for either the head nor the tripod, so this is a PICKUP ONLY sale. The CGX is located at Windermere Park, NSW, 2264, on Lake Macquarie near Morisset off the M1, south of Newcastle.

I have attached a few photos. I am asking $2000 for this fine mount and I believe this is a very reasonable price for the condition and capability it brings.

I am reducing the price on the CGX to $2000, throwing in a Bintel AC-DC 7.5 amp Power Supply (a $80 value). Plus, a custom CGX pier adaptor allowing the CGX to be bolted directly to a pier top plate.
