Ngc 6744

Got NGC 6744 on the last few clear nights this week. This is a good target for me as it's in the south so I get to image it for the whole night unlike targets near the Zenith that get blocked off by a house toward the West.

Quattro 800, 170 frames at 180 sec each ASI183 MC pro. Stacked and processed in Affinity. I had already deleted some substandard subs but additionally I chose the option for Affinity to drop 10% of the worst frames in the stacking process.

This target will stay around for a while so I'll get some more subs in the next month or two.

Nice job Chris! Got some nice detail in the structure and the NGC6744A companion galaxy. Yes this target will certainly reward the extra integration I look forward to seeing what you can do!
