Planisphere

Hi - I'm looking for a plain old planisphere. One for 45°S would be ideal, but I don't think they're that common, but the more readily available 35°S models will do the job too. Must be in working condition and readable under red light, apart from that I'm not too fussy. Anyone have one they'd be willing to post to NZ, and at a reasonable price?

Cheers

They are both for -35 lat. Which one would you like?

The Night sky one is around $15 and the Philips about $20 (from dealers)
so my question is why the "wanted" ad?

I'll shop around a bit more, not sure what the shipping cost for the small one would be from an Aussie dealer as opposed to private sender. It fits in an A4 envelope.

Mirko, I am stunned at the NZ price! I will check out the cost of postage, but the Philips is too wide for an A4 envelope. The planisphere will be free for you. John

Hello John, thanks! I just replied to another IISer who had offered the same, so we'll go with them. Much appreciate your offer though, it's also a compliment to this community in general. Great stuff cheers mate
