WANTED: P4 CPU + Motherboard [FOUND]

If anyone has an Intel P4 anything CPU and motherboard in their bottom drawer, please let me know. RAM would be nice too but not important.

Before I give someone on ebay money, I'd sooner give it to someone here.

Cheers.

It's not important how fast it is. I just want it for a test computer.
A P4 anything would do.

Hi

How about :

P4 1.8Gz

Compaq Presario motherboard - 3+2 PCI slots, AGP, 2x RAM slots

2x 512meg RAM 2100 speed DDR

Geforce 4 Ti 4200 128mg RAM video card - top card about 4/5 y.o.

Needs heatsink

Has disk with some drivers - I think

$120 with Geforce4
$100 without

Look how much RAM you get!

This board came out of the original Compaq case - which is now used for my own stuff. So this has been sitting in a cupboard since then. Never dropped.

The Connector Pin layout apparently is not standard but I have dl'd the PIN layout for HDD LED, Power Switch, etc. So no real probs to put in other box, I was able to connect MSI board in the original box

The board is actually a Mini ATX but came with a extension card that holds 2 extra PCI slots. This card just pulls out/pushes into side of m'board - so can be full-size or mini.

Geforce4 Ti can handle Lock On (Jet sim), F.E.A.R, BF Vietnam.

If you know someone in Adelaide (Para Hills), they are free to test this board, cpu, RAM and video.

It's probably a bit more than I wanted to pay for just a CPU and motherboard. $120 will probably get a complete P4 2.6Ghz with 512MB of RAM.

Appreciate the offer though.

Well this stuff is just sitting around :

All the above for $30 + postage.

cpu is 1.8A 512/800.

Note - you still need heatsink & fan.

Here's the pinout I promised

No model details as it was done using ScreenHunter which allows you to just take a screenshot of the area size you want.
