Celestron Neximage Cam, is it USB 1.1 or 2 ?

Doesn't say on their website specs.

Anyone know?

btw, this item is available on US ebay site new for about $134AU including postage. Seems to retail in Oz for anywhere from $220 to $265. Here's a link http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=280066159600
The seller has a good rating.

cheers

I have one on loan and its speeds are more in line with USB 1.1. I have currently also got a Toucam on loan to compare with but have not had a chance to use it yet. Though from what I have read the Toucam is better, even though its also does only USB 1.1 speeds. I have seen the new Toucam version on ebay for about 130AU.

Regards
Fahim

Both the ToUcam and NexImage are USB1.1, but the ToUcam is definitely better and given a choice, you should get the 900nc.
