NGC 4755 Jewel Box

My 2nd image from the new 8” f5 newt , NGC 4755 Jewel Box cluster
60 x 1 minute guided subs
20 x darks
ISO 800
Canon 600D stock unmodded with Baader MCCP coma corrector
Stacked in DSS
Processed in Startools
Beautiful night last night, no wind, seeing was good and the expected passing cloud didn’t come until morning
A big thumbs up for the Baader coma corrector, finally nice round stars to edge of field, no longer require to use the repair module in Startools
Cheers

Whos a happy boy then☺
Are they not a fantastic unit off the self..I still have not made any adjustements to mine...but by eye☺ it seems ok..got things in mind to reduce flex when adding baffling and a strip of something over the tin can join in the tube.. anyways few little things you do when you are board☺.
Great image I should have been out there both nights...I should see the blessing that I can get only basically directly above☺...

Thanks Alex
Yes extremely happy bloke
This scope and the new mount is a quantum leap from my 6” f6 which is still a great little scope anyway
What’s getting me excited is that all these images are from light polluted Sydney
Heading down the coast to my dark site next week with a wagon full of new equipment.
Hoping to get some imaging time down there !

As has been pointed out a number of times here on IIS over the years, a quantum leap occurs within an atom, and is the smallest possible change in an energy state, so I don't think that it describes how you feel about your new scope Martin.

Point humbly taken
My feelings and expression were merely an uneducated figure of speech
Maybe “ I was over the moon” would be more appropriate but really we are under the moon
Better stop here
Thanks for your advice, criticism and kind comments always appreciated
