Takahashi EM-10 Clone help needed to identify

Anyone on this forum ever seen a German Equatorial mount which is almost an exact clone of the Takahashi EM-10? The mount has no brand name on it, the main differences I can find are:
  • Missing front bubble level
  • Grey paint job
  • Different electronics
  • Tripod head is different

To all appearances all castings are basically identical to the EM-10. I believe this mount was sold by Southern Cross telescopes which I have been told morphed into Sirius Optics or maybe Sirius Telescopes?

Any clues?
