Arrow Bushwalk at North Ryde

Had my camera at work last Friday, and went for a bushwalk in the national park here at lunchtime.

Here's the results.

All taken with the 350D + 18-55mm lens, handheld.

Contrast, levels and saturation adjustment in RawShooterPremium.

Thanks for looking.

Great shots Mike. They're good enough to make most people go digital. Hmmm.... what to do with all my film-based camerae....

Problem is that all of my lenses are Nikon AI - which pre-date AF, which modern cameras use and sometimes (at least in Nikon's case) insist on. I have a substantial investment in non autofocussing equipment. Dumping the bodies is the cheap bit.

Unfortunately metering doesn't work then either....

I wouldn't go Canon - I'm a Nikon bloke and have been for 30 years - all of my accessories are also Nikon-related. Call me what you like for that, but there you go!
