Brian put on a fantastic show here in Canberra on Saturday night to a sold out crowd at the Canberra Convention Centre, with cutting edge science, comic relief and rare insights into his formative years - detour on the rock scene - and late entry into academia.
You Queenslanders are in for a real treat next week, with the final show on his national tour: Brian Cox- an Evening of Scientific Phenomena.

I was scheduled to sit in one of the 'budget seats', but a good mate (and contributor to this forum) who had booked the 'VIP meet & greet' package got caught up with work and generously sent me! What an upgrade!
I got to meet the professor himself, shook his hand, grabbed a nice glass of wine and listened intently as he fielded questions from the VIP group. Superb evening.
