A Couple of Lunar Mosaics from June 13, 2006

These two mosaics are compiled from 6 stacks of 100 frames (out of about 900 each avi) captured with the ToUcam at prime focus of my C8. Stacked in Registax. Merged, unsharp masked and saved for the web in PS CS2.

Mosaic1a is made up of the first 5 stacks, Mosaic1b made up of the last 2 stacks.

Resolution is approximately 1km per pixel.

OMG Al, these are what I'd call "Dennis Quality". Check the view from orbit. Magic stuff.

Well thanks Robert! ...but you are too kind... Dennis wouldn't have the burned out highlights. That's a little challenge I'm trying to solve...
