NGC 6164 & NGC6165 Planetary Nebula (UHC-S Filter)

Hi,

Retook NGC6164/6165 with the UHC-S Filter. More red nebula is evident now especially behind the bright star. Same exposure time , same number of frames stacked as my previous image.

I am impressed, I complimented the camera but its the mount that really calls the tune. It must be working very well, I wondered how they would work in astro photos..pretty good it seems.

sure did Scott and thanks What i really want to try out now is the O-III filter on Thor's Helmet. I really want to get an image of it with the red horns.
