Eye cups for a Pentax XW.

Hi,

I've been using my new Delos eyepieces lately and I've come to enjoy the 20mm of eye relief and the little soft rubber eye cup on the end. It molds nicely to my face and blocks out distracting lights from the sides of the eyepiece.
The Pentax XW adjustable eye guard is no doubt comfortable and does a good job reducing lateral light, but is there an after market eye cup I can apply to the Pentax to give it a sort of soft roll up eye cup like the Delos?

Thanks for reading

Send an email to astronomics. They sell everything if they don't have it I doubt it exists. They always answer my requests.

Adrian, there is a Cloudy Night's thread that you might find useful. It includes a home made cup made from bicycle inner tube.

Good luck,

I leave the eye cup in the down position and just cup my hand around the eyepiece and my eye during observations. Works for me and it is free!

Cheers,
