Yeah who did win, maybe we have to wait until Mike gets home, or maybe he will keep us all in suspense and attend his company Christmas party get blotto stagger home at some ungodly hour of the morning to God's country The Central Coast of NSW and not post the winner until tomorrow morning?
All the best everybody and have a great Christmas.

Talk about a speed of light response. Mike this site is going from strength to strength and you are to be congratulated for all the effort you have injected, not forgetting of course all the members that contribute whether it be financially or just their participation within the forums. it all constitutes to being a successful and might I say a damn interesting well thought out website.
keep it up
Garth

Ah wow this is great. I'm long overdue for a new eyepiece. All the coatings on my Orthoscopic are wearing out.

In 1 1/4" I have 4 eyepieces.
Cheap 30mm Kellner.
Celestron 18mm Orthoscopic (my work horse).
LV 10mm.
Tele Vue 7.4mm Plossl that someone gave me years ago.
The newest one is the LV10 I bought when I was in Sydney in 1992. No wait that's not right, the Tele Vue would be newer I think.

You already have a very diverse eyepiece collection. The 13mm Nagler will be quite a change from all of your existing EPs. I think you will love it. It will probably make your eyepiece collection the strangest mix of EPs in the country. Congratulations on a well deserved win!
Please tell us what you think of the Nagler. And pls be brutally honest.
