So sorry to read about your problem, I am a little disappointed about the attitude of your neigbours. I would fight fire with fire personally, being a B&B the neigbour uses it to obtain an income. I would place a speaker on the window and provide a nice array of heavy metal music accompanied with a strobe light flashing into their window.
My 12 year old daughter plays heavy metal music, I am sure she wouldn't mind if I burnt you a copy.!
Better if Collingwood wins the grandfinal I would replay it everynight, that will make anyone insane.
