Astroman, you obviously didn't see the thread about "The Horsehead Nebula through a 60mm refractor."
It's not the size that matters, it's how well you use what you have.

hey leave my little Borge out of this!!!

I must admit I spend a lot more time with my travel~guide scope ( which is lighter, easer to use, carry and set up!), than my 12 inch monster...

It's rumoured to be running directly through Oatlands in an east west direction. Congratulations on the new acquisition lost, but you have some serious explaining to do to the local community after the thunderstorm and torrential rain this AM, I have to travel to your neck of the woods on Monday to repair a lightning damaged phone system.
