In the middle of suburbia for me, so while there's the occasional possum, more frequently it's bats and maybe the odd curious cat.
I took a punt and setup tonight even though there's a moderate amount of cloud cover. And I've had some good bits between the clouds. Saturn was great, although it was in the worst light polluted direction for me.
I've hooked up the camera for the first time and it's currently taking pics of various things (plus lots of clouds
). All too manual and haphazard at the moment, but it's a start and will give me another thing to add to the learning curve...
