Skywatche 127 Mak

127/1500 (F11.8) Skywatcher Maksutov as pictured with red-dot finder and GSO 25mm plossl and Vixen style mount.

This was purchased from an IIS member and really hasn't seen much light since it was purchased. Have been favouring the 150mm Achro mostly, and now waiting for a 10" collapsible Dob to arrive (Friday they tell me).

It's in very good condition with clean optics and smooth focusing action. It is sharp with nice dark skies and good colour and is good for splitting doubles. Solar system views are excellent.

Light weight, quick and easy to mount. With an easy to set-up Alt-Az this is an excellent Grab and Go scope that shows beautiful black backgrounds and rich colours.

$350 includes freight.

The blue background might be a bit to much but the value here, I think, is still good for a scope like this in Very Good condition so; Bump

Sold

He's lost the race Brian, it was sold this morning to a new IIS member.

A lesson in the rewards of procrastination, something I too had to learn the hard way.

Thanks anyway - Trevor
