First light (DMK and Solar)

So this is my first solar imaging effort with a newly purchased DMK 618 and 60mm Lunt.

Given the DMK21 can't fit a full disc (I bought it for planetary work as an upgrade from a Toucam), I attempted to take overlapping images for later stitching. However I failed to capture the centre of the sun and ended up with a black hole in the stitch, oops! Anyway, here's one of the more interesting frames below. I've kept the image a bit soft as I'm not a fan of over-sharpening in solar images.

Capturing/processing info: 640x480, 60fps, 1/1250s exp (WOW!), eyeball-focus, best 10% of ~300 frames. Stacked in Registax, wavelet black magic in AstraImage.

That is a splendid first up image. LS60 and DMK - a great combo - hope to see more as the Sun picks up heading towards this year's maximum. I also like your processing - kinda looks like mine
