[TRADED/FOUND] 1" BSF Bolts

I'm trying to find, obviously without success, a couple of 1" x 4" BSF bolts, plus a couple of 1" nuts.
Nobody seems to carry these any more and don't want to buy them in.

Any engineers out there with a shed full of stuff that might come in handy one day?

I found a couple of 8" lathe face plates (?) at a garage sale that I think I might be able to use, but the centre hole is threaded for BSF which I am advised stands for British Standard Fine.

I recently had to buy 3 x 1/2" BSF nuts for our boat sterntube glands.

Blackwoods ordered them in from Sydney (our boat is is Whyalla) and said they had over 300 in stock. Only about $4 each

So give Blackwoods a go if all else fails.

This company has them, but called a set screw, and they have a branch in Tullamarine. Not cheap.

You could also try Classic Fasteners. Email: web@classicfasteners.com.au or phone 08 8346 9838 as I believe they stock BSF bolts. These probably won't be that cheap, but then, they are getting harder to procure locally.
