Curiosity picture on parachute

Hi Guys
Check this shot out of the Mars lander on its parachute taken by the Mars Orbiter

That is awesome. NASA must've been pretty chuffed when someone worked out that Mars Orbiter was going to be in a position to take the image. Maybe it was planned?

The MRO is one of the best satellite's NASA has built... http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/MRO/main/index.html

That'd get your stomach down your heels. I suspect they'll work something different for entry when they send people eventually.
